Digital service rule

Workflow Preflight is an automated digital report delivered immediately after successful payment. Where a purchase is legally treated as digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the withdrawal position depends on the required express consent, acknowledgement, and durable confirmation. Where it is legally treated as a service, the rules applicable to services and full performance apply. These classifications are not used to remove any mandatory consumer right.

When refunds may be available

Refunds may still be provided for a duplicate charge, a verified technical failure by SolveLang to deliver the purchased service, a fraudulent or unauthorized charge handled under applicable payment rules, a refund required by applicable law, or another exception expressly approved by SolveLang.

When refunds are generally not available

Refunds are generally not provided merely because an automated finding is unsatisfactory, a workflow is unsupported or malformed, or a delivered report is not used. This commercial policy does not override statutory withdrawal rights, mandatory remedies for failure to supply or lack of conformity, unauthorised-payment protections, duplicate-charge remedies, or any other right required by law.

EU and EEA consumer information

Consumers may normally have statutory withdrawal rights. At checkout, you expressly request immediate performance and delivery and acknowledge the applicable digital-content or service consequences. A withdrawal right is not treated as lost unless the legal conditions for the applicable product classification are met. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

How to request a review

Email hello@solve-lang.com with the payment date, amount, Stripe PaymentIntent or receipt reference, and a short explanation. Do not send full card details, workflow JSON, credentials, or secrets.

You can submit a withdrawal statement at the withdrawal form. Submission records a request for review and does not itself decide eligibility or promise a refund.
